Howell has launched Citizen Notifications and a new mobile app, My Howell MI, developed by GOGov. Citizen Notifications allows Howell to easily connect with residents through a mobile app. The app also enables residents to connect with Howell and is available for download in the App Store and Google Play online stores.

About Howell, MI

As the County Seat, the City of Howell is centrally located within Livingston County.  The city was first known as Livingston Center. It was platted in 1835 by a group of settlers from Detroit, and it was later incorporated in 1863.
