Implementation & Training Coordinator
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to be part of our customer success team to help onboard new customers, while pursuing a career with an innovative tech company in a booming industry. As a Customer Success Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in our company’s mission to make customers love us. Your mission is to work closely with new and existing customers to plan their implementations, training, and support needs with our internal training staff.  Also, work closely with the executive team to ensure overall company success.

Compensation
- $65,000 - $85,000 (DOE)

Responsibilities
- Prepare Project Plans for New Customers & Schedule all Sessions with our Trainers.

- Assist in tracking & managing other internal processes of the Customer Success team.
