GOGov is thrilled to announce that Blanchard, Oklahoma has expanded its Go Blanchard mobile app to include Citizen Request Management (CRM), adding powerful 311 functionality to the platform originally launched in December 2025.

The CRM addition benefits everyone. Residents gain transparency and convenience—submitting requests takes seconds from their phone, and they can check status anytime without calling City Hall. For Blanchard staff, the system automatically routes requests to the correct department, eliminates duplicate reports with GPS-mapping, and centralizes communication—reducing phone calls while improving response times.
As Blanchard's population continues to grow (from 8,879 in 2020 to an estimated 9,663 in 2023), the city is proactively scaling its digital infrastructure to match. Adding mobile 311 capabilities to the existing Go Blanchard app demonstrates the city's commitment to efficient, resident-centered service delivery.
