The City of Jenks, Oklahoma is officially live with GOEnforce, GOGov's code enforcement software built specifically for local government. This launch marks another exciting expansion of GOGov's footprint across Oklahoma, giving the City a modern, streamlined way to manage code enforcement cases from start to finish.
What stood out most about this launch was how quickly the Jenks team got up and running. Within a short time of going live, staff already had a healthy number of cases entered into the system and were generating and printing violation letters directly from GOEnforce. That kind of momentum is a great sign of a team that is ready to put their new tools to work for the community.
GOEnforce gives code enforcement officers everything they need in one place: mobile case creation in the field, photo documentation, automated letter generation, status tracking, and reporting. By replacing paper files and disconnected spreadsheets with a single, centralized system, Jenks staff can spend less time on paperwork and more time keeping neighborhoods safe, clean, and thriving.
The work isn't finished, either. GOGov and the City of Jenks are continuing to build out a GIS integration and a code enforcement case data import, which will bring even more of the City's mapping data and historical records into the platform. These enhancements will make it easier for staff to visualize cases geographically and maintain a complete history of enforcement activity.
