GOGov is thrilled to announce a powerful new addition to Farrell First—Citizen Request Management (CRM). With these enhanced features, Farrell is taking another step toward streamlining communication between citizens and local government, all within their existing app.
The new CRM functionality allows residents to easily submit and track service requests directly from their smartphones. This enhancement is designed to improve response times and ensure issues are resolved more efficiently. Available within the app, this update enhances the way residents engage with the municipality, making it even easier to:
• Submit service requests on the go, whether it’s reporting road hazards, registering complaints, or requesting services.
• Track progress on their requests and stay updated on the resolution process.
• Access key information with convenient links and details about ongoing municipal services and events.
Farrell has always been a trusted tool for citizens, and now, with the addition of the CRM module, it delivers even more value by simplifying workflows for municipal staff while boosting transparency and engagement for residents.
Farrell is a city in western Mercer County, Pennsylvania, United States, along the Shenango River. As of the 2020 census, it had a population of 4,258. The city is part of the Hermitage micropolitan area.
