A new tool is helping Dumfries residents complete tasks.
The Dumfries Citizens Connect mobile app has been created, according to a release from the town.
Dumfries is partnering with GOGov to provide the resource, which enables local residents to make payments, submit requests, and fill out a Volunteer Interest Form. They are able to inform officials about potholes, graffiti and other problems, as well.
Dumfries Citizens Connect also offers access to recorded Town Council meetings and other information, such as the fiscal 2024 proposed budget.
The app will benefit staff members, too. Using its tools, they can determine which projects they should focus on and improve productivity.
Community members may download the app in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
