GoGov is happy to announce our participation as an exhibitor at the Ohio Municipal Clerks Association (OMCA) Annual Institute, taking place July 13–15, 2026, at The Ohioan in Lewis Center, Ohio. This year's institute, themed "Clerks: The Superheroes of Good Governance," brings together municipal clerks and deputy clerks from across the state for education sessions, certification credit, and networking.
Attendees can visit our booth to meet Tyler Krompier, Sales Development Rep, and learn how GoGov helps clerks and municipal staff modernize resident communication, streamline service requests, and improve records and workflow efficiency through purpose-built local government technology.
Helping Ohio Municipalities Better Serve Their Communities
Municipal clerks are often the first point of contact between residents and local government, managing everything from public records to meeting notices to service requests. GoGov provides easy-to-use digital solutions that help Ohio's cities, villages, and townships strengthen communication, improve transparency, and simplify everyday workflows — for both staff and the residents they serve.
Keep residents informed through SMS, email, push notifications, voice alerts, and social media — all from one centralized platform. Perfect for emergency alerts, road closures, service interruptions, meeting reminders, utility updates, and community announcements.
Allow residents to submit requests and report issues online or through a mobile app. Requests are automatically routed to the appropriate staff, helping municipalities improve response times, accountability, and resident satisfaction.
Give residents a convenient, all-in-one destination for city information, alerts, documents, events, and service requests — through a fully customized mobile app branded to your community.
Streamline case management with tools for inspections, documentation, violation tracking, and communication — all within a single platform designed to help your team handle more cases in less time.
Modernize permitting and licensing processes by allowing applications, payments, document uploads, and status tracking to be completed entirely online — reducing counter traffic and speeding up approvals.
