New screens allow staff to view & manage subscribers more effectively with bulk invitations, opt-outs, and group assignments.
Manage Your Notifications
View all your notifications in different sections of drafts, pending approvals, scheduled, sent
Private & Unlisted Groups
Create internal channels (like agency staff only) or specialized public ones (all business owners, for example). Private groups can share restricted updates that require login, while unlisted groups allow access by invitation only.
Smart Scheduling
Schedule when notifications are sent and pre-set when they should archive from the public view to keep your feeds and public pages organized without extra effort.
Approval Workflows
Set up publishers to review and approve or reject posts before sending. Drafts can be reviewed, approved, or rejected by assigned users — ensuring accuracy and consistency before anything goes live.

New portal to allow subscribers to manage their preferences and view or search news and events.
