GOGov - Cityworks Features:
- Two-Way Sync : Citizen complaints can automatically be routed to create a work order in Cityworks
- Attachments and Comments : Photos and comments from the citizens are also copied into Cityworks for staff to view.
- Work order updates are automatically from your staff can automatically update the GOGov request record and can be configured to send messages to the citizens based on statuses.
- Comments and Attachments within the work order can also be configured to be sent to the citizen through the GOGov.
- Any communications to the citizen are delivered within the branded mobile app and email.
How the Integration works:
- Step 1: Request entered into GOGov (Via app, email, web portal, phone call, etc.)
- Step 2: Request is identified by software as one that should be managed inside of Cityworks. How is a record chosen … filters … you can select any type of filters (Graphic: filter mappings)
- Step 3: All relevant request data is passed over to Cityworks using API calls, including: contact info, images, description, location, comments, custom field answers….
- Step 4: Request is worked on in Cityworks and GOGov is checking for any status changes and updating the record in GOGov accordingly (potentially triggering automatic updates back to the requestor). Field Updates, Triggered Progress Messages to Citizens
- Step 5: Request is closed out in Cityworks, GOGov closes request in our system and passes a reason closed back to the resident
